iPhone thoughts and first impressions..

So, this is my first blog post from my iPhone via mail to Blogger. I have to say, I love the touch screen keyboard, much faster than I thought it would be, great auto-correct, too. Love the double tap punctuation with the space bar.

The apps are great, although I have spent far too long fighting invisible Jedi with my new lightsaber. Thank the Flying Spaghetti Monster for Remote. It was a snap to bookmark Twitter and MacRumors and turn them right into applications for my home screen.

I have had a shit of a time setting up MobileMe, however. First time around I had no contacts on my phone. Then, once I corrected that, mail would not send. After sever account deletions it finally works, but man, how non Mac-like... I'm not used to having any set-up complaints.

Everything is working fine now. I am happy to have waited in line on Friday.
