Ted James - Live @ AS220

So I had my second "as live as it gets" live show on Saturday night, and ended up having a pretty good time. It was nice to get to play with Mahi Mahi and Saint Jude (the latter of which had removed their pants about halfway through their set) on the same bill.

I ran my songs off Logic on my MacBook, cued up unreleased Risque Bouquet tracks on an iPod to play between songs and sang through the mic on my microKORG. (The microKORG has a great tape-style delay that is easy to access and can be manipulated on the fly) I had to run everything through my old Eurorack which I found had finally shit the bed on me. Nice timing. Apparently the left channel kept dropping out throughout my set, my apologies to Frank the sound guy.

Not to worry, my Novation Nio 2|4 is in the mail...
